From Farm to Table – To all the Yogis, slow food and wine lovers

Immerse yourself in a full week of inspiring transformative yoga, combined with a delicious slow food experience in Sardinia (Italy).

This week will combine yoga with good food and wine.

Get ready for a culinary exploration tour through Sardinia’s delicacies, locally grown and sourced products. You will be able to choose between a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option for the week.

Join us (Soraya & Mauro) for a grounding, earthy journey on the rural countryside in the middle of Sardinia’s wild nature reserve (only 1.5h drive from Olbia Airport).

We will start the day in the morning together with a 2h regenerating yoga session with refreshing breathing exercises and energizing flows, combined with different meditation techniques.

We will end the day with a hearty degustation meal with a wine accompaniment.

In between you will have plenty of time to for yourself to relax and explore the magnificent region.

The retreat will be in the family run Agriturismo Nuraghe Tuttusoni situated in a beautiful nature reserve, close from crystal clear beaches around Portobello di Gallura. You will stay in a typical country side styled room. Our beautiful Agriturismo offers space for an exclusive group, individual processes and healing awakening, relaxation, reconnection and rejuvenation. Revitalize day by day through Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation and enjoy the sun, beach, and delicious healthy meals.
